Forms, Flyers, & Monday Papers

This online site is St. Andrew's attempt to reduce duplicating cost, make access to these papers more convenient to parents, and be more ecologically aware. We have designed this page so parents and students may download the general information and forms which are included in Monday Papers. It is our goal to have all these types of Monday Papers eventually only available online. This will make all information available anytime and anywhere. No more lost papers, forms, or permission slips.
